Shipping Information

Pillow Pets ships to the United States (Alaska, Hawaii, and the associated territory of Puerto Rico) as well as Canada. We also ship to military bases. Unfortunately at this time, Pillow Pets does not ship internationally due to complex customs regulations and high-dollar duty charges.

A separate order must be placed for each shipping address.

Return Information

At Pillow Pets, we want to make sure each of our customers are happy with their purchase. If for some reason you would like to return an item, you can return any product within 30 days of its purchase date at your expense.  Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. The item must be returned with the original tags still attached and in its original packaging. A refund will be issued for the full purchase price. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To begin your return, please email your order number, name, and the reason for wanting to return your item to returns@mypillowpets.com. Our customer service will respond with further information on the return process.

If you have received a defective product, please take pictures of the item, including images of the product hangtag, and send an email along with your 6-digit order number to returns@mypillowpets.com. From there a replacement or refund will be issued accordingly.
